If you are prescribed new medicines:
Pick up your medicines from your pharmacy about 4 hours after your appointment. They will have received the request electronically, and will be preparing it for you to pick up.
If you are referred to another service:
We will do the paperwork and let you know when it is done. This usually takes about 5 working days. For more information, click here.
If you are told to book another appointment with us:
Ask at reception or call us to book a follow-up appointment as soon as possible. Don’t delay.
