Preparing for your Appointment

Preparing for your Appointment

Once you have booked your appointment, you should start to prepare for it.

You should be able to answer the following questions:

  • What is the problem?
  • How long have you been suffering with the problem?
  • What are you looking for from us?

Other things to consider before your appointment:

  • List or bring all your medication with you
  • Write down all your symptoms (including anything that makes them better or worse)
  • Let the practice know if you will need an interpreter
  • Let the practice know if you need a chaperone during your appointment
  • Allow plenty of time to travel – remember that parking is always difficult
